I've been cooking since I was 10 and my passion for this amazing art grew day by day.

Growing up in the Middle East, I grew up around different cultures that have thousands of dishes and flavors which influence the way I cook today. I currently live in Paris and film my recipes in a tiny room where I cook my favorite dishes.
