Healthy Matcha Frappes

Matcha (tea) has many benefits :

  • Matcha is packed with antioxidants

  • Boosts metabolism and burns calories

  • Detoxifies effectively and naturally

  • Calms the mind and relaxes the body

  • Enhances mood and aids in concentration

  • Prevents disease

  • Lowers cholesterol and blood sugar

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup ice

  • 1/2 cup skimmed milk

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1 tsp matcha tea powder(use 1 1/2 tsp if you like a stronger flavor )

Directions:

  1. Blend all the ingredients together and...
